Warranty service conditions: 1. To carry out warranty repairs, it is necessary to provide a completed warranty card. 2. The equipment is delivered to the service center by the client himself or at his expense, unless otherwise provided for by additional written agreements. 3. The warranty does not apply to materials and components that are consumables during operation. Grounds for termination of warranty obligations: 1. The serial number of the equipment does not match the number specified in the warranty card or other documents. 2. Mechanical damage caused by violation of the rules of transportation, storage or operation is detected. 3. Non-compliance with the Rules and conditions of operation provided for this type of equipment is established. 4. Control seals or labels are damaged (if provided). 5. Foreign objects are found inside the equipment, if their presence is not provided for by the technical documentation. 6. The breakdown was caused by force majeure or by third parties. 7. The installation and start-up of the equipment was carried out by uncertified specialists, if the involvement of qualified personnel is mandatory according to the documentation. 8. The return of the goods is possible within 14 days from the date of receipt.
